Account Management:
EnterAfrica provides sellers with invaluable account management services on various online stores. We have done so for the past 7 years. These services are delivered on a daily/monthly basis and include all necessary tasks/functions necessary to not only establish a seller account on an online store but thereafter, to ensure that the account operates smoothly and efficiently, thereby optimising sales. It is an all-inclusive package whereby a seller is provided with expert assistance in every facet of selling online.  

Processing and planning of all leadtime and in stock shipments; submission and uploading of all necessary documentation and the resolution of all queries from the store and customer.

Account Reconciliation:

A detailed monthly report containing all financial and other information (sales per product; stock etc) so the seller is always up to date with the status of the account. This detailed and highly informative report is also essential in allowing EnterAfrica and the seller to carry out forward planning to increase sales. 

Image Editing:

Enhance product images to increase sales. This is done by amending dimensions to comply with the store’s guidelines and enhancing those images through lighting, removing the background and other means. 

Product Cataloguing:

Our team carries out thorough research in respect of a seller’s products and its competition. This includes pricing. We then create compelling content that ensures those products stand out from similar products. EnterAfrica also ensures that the keyword optimisation is correct (and continually updated where necessary). In this way the product titles and descriptions of the seller’s products are brought to the attention of potential buyers.
